The film received a positive response and was a commercial success. Her role of mischievous Pashtun women was highly appreciated and so she got Lux Style Award for Best Supporting Actress nomination.
Moreover, Hania subsequently starred as a beauty-obsessed unfaithful wife in the 2017 romantic television series Title. This amazing series was the contemporary adaption of the novel Beauty and the Beast and got aired on Urdu 1. This project marked awesome success and made Hania have a boost in her popularity and a wide scope of public recognition.
Apart from that, her performance in the romantic drama Phir Wohi Mohabbat (2017), made her earn the Best Television Sensation Female at the Hum Awards. The same year, she played an impulsive bride-to-be in the heist comedy Na Maloom Afraad 2. The following year, the ways opened again for her and she got featured in Parwaaz Hai Junoon. Like that of her previous project, it also emerged as a major critical and commercial success and both the films rank among the highest-grossing Pakistani films.
Hania also portrayed a girl next door in the ARY Digital’s melodrama Visaal (2018). After playing a comic role in the telefilm Band Toh Baje Ga (2018), she played the free-spirited heiress of a fictional city Shergarh in the romantic television series Anaa (2019), one of the highest-rated television series of the year. In addition to acting, she along with Sahir Ali Bagga, also sang the title track of the series which has gathered 8 million views on YouTube.
