Pakistani actress Aiman Khan, who is a keen social media user, clapped back at the trolls after she was criticized for her ‘skinny’ comments about Mawra Hocane.
While breaking the silence on Instagram, Aiman expressed through her Insta story to clarify several things circulating on social media.
She wrote:
“This is to clear a few things that I have been seeing circulating on the social media. First of all, I am not the kind of person to disrespect anyone on national television or through social media.”
She further added:
“Secondly, social media portals and bloggers should not mislead a comment just to create a stir and get eye balls on their platforms. They should act responsibly and not add fuel to fire.”
Aiman Khan went on to say:
“Thirdly, my education and my accent in none of anyone’s concern, I am a public figure yes, but not the public property that anyone can write anything negative or derogatory about. I am not a hater nor do I believe in spreading hate. Much love.”
Here Is What Mawra Hocane Expressed!
Well… it was not only Aiman to clarify things via Insta story, Mawra Hocane also joined in to dust off the criticism. She put it into words as:
“To all the social media pages and fans, I do not appreciate anyone throwing the other person under the bus in the garb of supporting me.”
Mawra further added:
“We must know how far we must go and not vilify the other person in the process. We are all humans and utter words that we don’t understand or fully mean. Let’s be kind. Let’s give each other space for improvement and not do the same or worst by spewing hate.”
It is to mention here that during a celebrity talk show recently, while responding to a rapid-fire question with husband Muneeb Butt, Aiman shared that Mawra “should gain some weight as she is very skinny.”
