Eid with Matka Gosht


Recipe Method
To get a clay pot and put 1 kg mutton.

4 sliced onions,2tbsp ginger garlic paste.

2 tbsp turmeric and salt.cook it till water dries.

Then add 13 sliced tomatoes, 2 tbsp red pepper and 1 tbsp chilli powder.

Mix it and cook on slow flame till water get dries. Then add 2 cups of oil, 2tbsp grind black pepper and 1 tbsp cooked cumin.Fry all the ingredients in the pan then add 4 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic paste,8 Lemon extract ,2buches of fresh green chillies and coriander and finally 2tbsp ghee was added.wait for simmer till done.now its ready to enjoy with tremendous flavor and taste.Serve it with Naan.
