Meanwhile, the Metro Bus Service passing through the 9th Avenue was also suspended amid the protest.

The protesting students were of the view that since the government has announced Online Classis amid the resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic and students are exempted from appearing in Educational Institutions; therefore, their exams must also be taken Online.

Sources said that Murree Road near the Arid Agriculture University is also closed for traffic due to the protest.
