“Russian authorities successfully recovered several children from Iraq and brought them back to Russia under the instructions of President Vladimir Putin”, reports Семейное радио

“Presidential Children’s Rights Commissioner Anna Kuznetsova was given assignment for safe recovery of Russian children from Middle Eastern war zones”, reported Новости радио.

Majority of couples who went to Iraq and Syria as ISIS fighters belonged to Muslim populated regions of Chechnya, Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous District, Tver Region.

According to Russian media, Head of the Republic of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov played a pivotal role for bringing Russian children back to home.
