ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The ambassador of United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Pakistan Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al Zaabi met the National Security Adviser Lt. General (retd) Nasser Khan Janjua in Islamabad on Thursday afternoon.
The adviser warmly received the guest, and said that Pakistan and UAE have most cherish relationship blessed by the close bond of common faith and solid friendship the foundation of which was led by our leadership over the period.
Nasser Janjua paid rich tribute to late UAE leader Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan who was a great leader of vision. He said that people to people relationship and Pakistan’s feeling of love and affection for UAE were natural and deeper.
The UAE ambassador informed that he has been undertaking a number of visits to different parts of Pakistan including Punjab, Sindh and the tribal areas to explore the opportunity of cooperation in various fields. He said that he was received in all parts of Pakistan with full warmth and affection.
The ambassador said that in coming days, he will be visiting Karachi to explore more opportunities of investments and ongoing cooperation.
Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al Zaabi reaffirmed UAEs commitment to extend all possible support and assistance to Pakistan in all areas of mutual interest.
During the meeting, both sides agreed to enhance engagements to promote bilateral relations. They agreed to work together to take the bilateral relations to further heights.
