CAIRO, Egypt: The Ambassador of Pakistan to Egypt Sajid Bilal presented his Credentials to the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt H.E. Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi in an impressive ceremony conducted at the Presidential Ittihadia Palace in Cairo.

The Ceremony included a guard of honour and playing of the national anthem of Pakistan by the Egyptian military band.

In his brief interaction, the ambassador conveyed the greetings and best wishes of the President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan to President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and the brotherly people of Egypt.

President Sisi reciprocated the sentiments and hoped that Ambassador Sajid Bilal will play an active role in strengthening the existing cooperative and cordial ties between the two countries.

Besides the Pakistani ambassador, 16 other resident/non-resident Ambassadors presented their Credential during the ceremony.

The Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shourky was also present on the occasion.
