QUETTA: In a bid to protest against the non-recovery of prosecutor general Abdul Wasay Tareen, a shutter-down strike is being observed in the entire Balochistan province on Friday, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.

The lawyers’ fraternity also boycotted court proceedings on the appeal of President Balochistan Bar Association Rehmatullah Barech.

During Thursday’s press conference, the lawyers lamented that the law and order situation in Balochistan including Quetta was extremely worst.

Despite the passage of 17 days, the Prosecutor General Balochistan Abdul Wasay Tareen has not been recovered. Political parties and Anjuman Tajiran also supported the call of strike.
