KARACHI: At least seven more people were shot dead as the unabated wave of vilence continues in various parts of the city, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on Saturday.

A firing incident took place near Sabri Chowk, Orangi Town that killed two persons and wounded two others, police said.

A man was killed in Mawachh Goth while another was shot to death in Liaqatabad C-1 Area. A tortured and limb-tied body of a young man was found near Baitul Mukkaram Mosque, Gulshan-e-Iqbal while another man’s body was found near Mauripur graveyard.

Likewise, two more people were injured in separate firing incidents.

Yesterday, four more persons, including a woman, were gunned down in different areas of the city. While a man was shot dead near Nigar Cinema.

In Baldia Town, a woman lost her life in unidentified gunmen’s firing. Mohsin, who was injured in a firing incident, last night at Tariq Road, succumbed to injuries at hospital.

On the other hand, police arrested four target killers involved in more than 30 incidents of targeted killings.
