KARACHI: Rangers and the police arrested dozens of suspects during overnight targeted operations in different areas of the metropolis, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on Thursday.
The suspected people were arrested during the house-to-house search operation in Korangi area of Mehran Town and Orangi Town’s Pirabad, the sources said.
The targeted operation, the sources said, was carried out on a tip-off regarding the presence of suspects in the area. During the operation, Mehran Town’s entrances and exits were blocked.
Earlier, a house-to-house search operation was conducted in Pirabad’s Frontier Colony amidst cordon by heavy contingent of the law-enforcers.
