All the educational institutes in Islamabad are closed while a rally would be taken out which would start from Lal Mosque and culminate at the Islamabad’s National Press Club after Friday prayers.

The Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) chief Ahmed Ludhianvi will lead the prayers outside the mosque and seminary torched by rioters on 10th Muharram during a procession.

The Difae Pakistan Council and traders bodies have announced their support to a ‘peaceful protest’ while the Punjab government said it will deploy army and paramilitary Rangers as part of security arrangements.
