Proton Saga Is Finally Here!

Finally, we are happy to see the long-awaited Proton Saga arriving in Pakistan. We broke the news of the 1300cc sedan coming to Pakistan when the Proton X70 SUV was launched. With rapid sales, the company has received a warm welcome from the consumer market. Following the on-going trend, the company is also set to bring a new Toyota Yaris competitor. After Changan Alsvin, Proton Saga has now arrived in Pakistan.

Available Variants

As expected, the company is bringing 5 variants of Proton Saga to the market. While this may be true, the company has introduced 4 variants in the international market. However, we are well-aware that vehicles offered in the local market always seem to differ from global variants. The 4 international variants include Standard MT, Standard AT, Premium AT, and Limited Edition R3 AT.

Most of the features offered in Proton Saga are competitive in the local market scenario. This means that car buyers will have more choices when it comes to 1300cc sedans.

Competitors

As evident, the local market Saga competitors include Toyota Yaris and Honda City. While this may be valid, there are more competitors entering into the market making it a big pool of choice for 1300cc buyers.

Price Details

Although not an official word yet, the expected price range of the Proton Saga 1300cc lineup will be from PKR 2 million to PKR 2.5 million. This is a decent price bracket for most users. The availability of multiple variants makes it easier to buy a 1300cc sedan at such a price.
