KARACHI, Pakistan: The total inflows of Roshan Digital Account (RDA) have now crossed US$ 4.6 billion, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said.

In a statement on Tuesday, the State Bank said that the RDA inflows increased to a three-month high of US$ 250 million in June 2022, up 32 percent as compared to May, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said.

It said that both the SBP and the government remained committed to serving the needs of our Overseas Pakistanis, and we thank them for their continuous trust.

The State Bank further said that around US$ 800 million have been repatriated by the RDA holders in 22 months since start of Roshan Digital Account Scheme in September 2020 to meet their personal needs in their Countries of residence.

As a result, net inflows amount to over US$ 3.8 billion, it added.
