ISLAMABAD: The Petroleum Ministry has approved an increase in the price of petroleum products following an increase the sales tax in the federal budget for the 2013-14 fiscal year.
The price of petrol has been raised to Rs100.53 from an earlier price of Rs99.77. The price of diesel has been increased by 90 paisas to Rs105.50.
Meanwhile, the price of light diesel was raised by 77 paisas increasing it to Rs89.90 while Kerosene oil was raised to Rs94.59.
