- Total reserves: $13.2 billion, up by $365 million

- Commercial Banks reserves: $5.0 billion, down by $99 million
KARACHI, Pakistan: The Country’s total liquid foreign reserves have surged to US$ 13.22 billion, representing the highest level since August 18, 2023.
The latest data shared by the State Bank of Pakistan showed that the total liquid foreign reserves held by the Country as of December 29, 2023 were US$ 13,220.6 million.

Likewise, the Central Bank’s foreign reserves also reached US$ 8.2 billion, marking the highest level since July 14, 2023.
The reserves held by the Central Bank stood at US$ 8,221.2 million in the week ended on December 29 whereas previously they were US$ 7,757.18 million.
Whereas the Commercial Banks had foreign reserves of US$ 4,999.4 million as of December 29, registering a decrease of US$ 99.2 million.
