  • Commercial Banks reserves: $5.1 billion, up by $39 million

KARACHI, Pakistan: The Country’s total liquid foreign reserves slightly rose to US$ 13.15 billion as of February 09, 2024 after an increase of US$ 51.5 million.

The latest data shared by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) showed that the total liquid foreign reserves held by the Country as of February 09, 2024 were US$ 13,149.1 million.

The statistics showed that the Central Bank’s foreign reserves stood at US$ 8.1 billion, registering an increase of US$ 12.5 million.

The reserves held by the Central Bank stood at US$ 8,056.5 million in the week ended on February 09 whereas previously they were US$ 8,044.0 million.

Whereas the Commercial Banks had foreign reserves of US$ 5,092.6 million, showing an increase of US$ 39 million.Pakistan’s foreign reserves stand at $13.15 billion
