ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$20,387.9 million on February 12, 2016, a Spokesman of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said on Thursday.

Giving the break-up of the foreign reserves position, he said in a statement that foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan are US$ 15,514.8  million, Net foreign reserves held by banks are US$ 4,873.1  million while total liquid foreign reserves are  US$ 20,387.9  million

He said, during the week ending February 12, 2016, SBP’s Liquid FX Reserves increased by US$ 174 million to US$ 15,515 million, compared to US$ 15,341 million in the previous week.
