Moscow: Changes in a visa regime between Russia and Japan came into force for those who are frequent visitors of Japan from Russian and vice versa.
New rules allow Russians to be in Japan without visa for 72 hours in case of an emergency situation. Getting visa has become easy for Russians working in Japan and now they can easily get visa of their spouse also.
