Tehran: Fewer Iranians can not afford plane tickets. In just the past few months, the Iranian airline “Iran Airtour” has lost about 40 percent of its customers. The reason is that air fares rose within a few months to up to 70 percent. “To fill the empty spaces, we have our prices are reduced by 30 percent,” said the director of “Iran Airtour” Sirous Baheri, the Iranian news agency ISNA on 25 January. “Iran Airtour” was nearly 40 years ago by the National Iranian airline “Iran Air”.
