ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The federal government has earmarked Rs 1,000 million for land acquisition and development of infrastructure of Kartarpur under the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) for the next financial year 2019-20.
According to the data released by Planning Commission, the Ministry of Planning, Development and Reforms, the estimated cost of the project is Rs 3,000 million for the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.
Rs 128.016 million allocated for NH&LH
The federal government also allocated an amount of Rs. 128.016 million for various new and ongoing schemes of National History and Literary Heritage (NH&LH) Division under the (PSDP 2019-20.
According to PSDP, the government allocated an amount of Rs 118.016 million for the ongoing schemes and Rs 10.000 million was allocated for new schemes of National History and Literary Heritage Division.
Rs 12,047 million allocated for National Food Security
An amount of Rs 12,047.516 million has been allocated for various development projects of Ministry of National Food Security and Research in in the PSDP 2019-20.
The amount would be spent on 16 ongoing and 24 new developmental schemes under PSDP 2019-20 for the uplift of agriculture and livestock sectors in the country.
According to the details, the government would spent Rs 1,393 million on the completion of 16 ongoing developmental projects whereas an amount of Rs 10,653.988 million on 24 new developments schemes during the current fiscal year.
