ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The federal government has allocated a total of Rs 15237 million for the Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) under Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) in the fiscal year 2018-19.
According to the budgetary documents here Friday, Rs 8377 million have been allocated for Physical Planning and Housing, while Rs 4208 million have been allocated for the health sector of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) under ministry CADD.
Furthermore, the government has also allocated a sum of Rs 2651 million for the educational institutions of the ICT.
Among ongoing schemes, Rs 7000 million have been allocated for the signal-free project of Islamabad Expressway (Phase-III), while Rs 400 million have been allocated for the establishment of Centre for Hematology Disorder at PIMS, Islamabad.
While, Rs 845 million have been allocated for the renovation/rehabilitation of Physical Infrastructure of 200 educational institutions under Prime Minister Education Reforms Programme in ICT.
Among new scheme, Rs 500 million were allocated for conduction of water from Indus river system of Tarbella Dam for Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
While, Rs 735 million have been allocated for the replacement/up-gradation HVAC Plant Room equipment and allied works at PIMS, Islamabad.
Furthermore, the government has also allocated Rs 200 million for the establishment of Smart Schools in ICT while Rs 100 million has also been allocated for the establishment of Islamabad Model College for Boys G-13/1 Islamabad.
