A bus plunged into a deep ravine in Poona area of Azad Kashmir’s Mirpur district on Monday, killing at least 15 persons and injuring more than 20 others.

MIRPUR, Pakistan: A bus plunged into a deep ravine in Poona area of Azad Kashmir’s Mirpur city on Monday, killing at least 15 persons and injuring more than 20 others.

The sources said that the accident occurred when the bus was on its way from Mirpur to Samahni.

The injured persons were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital Mirpur for medical treatment.
