   Here is how you can get yourself enrolled in National Freelance Training Program (NFTP)  by the Government of Pakistan  The Government of Pakistan, amidst the horrible crisis enveloping the world, has given good news to every Pakistani. This is especially great news for those who have lost their jobs and are struggling to acquire new skills that will help them develop. With this program, you can do some of the most in-demand courses and programs for free and that too get all the knowledge online while sitting at home.  What Is National Freelance Training Program?  The Government of Pakistan in association with Punjab Information & Technology Board (PITB) has taken the initiative of NFTP to ensure that as many people, especially youth, garner skills so they can work remotely for any company in the world and earn. This program is similar to the E-Rozgar Punjab Program and is completely free of cost. All you need is a device and a stable internet connection to learn something new throughout this program.  Which Programs Are Being Offered?  Currently, the NFTP is offering programs in three main disciplines trending in the world. These programs are:  Technical Development – This will include the study of the latest technological advancements on the web. This program includes PHP Development, Web Design, JavaScript Development, HTML5 Development, WordPress Development, Responsive HTML, MySQL, and Domain & Hosting among others.  Creative Designing – This program is aimed to make better designers for tomorrow. It includes Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Coral Draw Tools, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Logo Design, Books & eBooks Design, Corporate Identity Kit Design, and Banner Design among others.  Content Marketing & Advertising – This program will equip the learner with the right skills to write content and market & develop it in such a way that it helps garner attention. It will include Content Writing, Proposal Writing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Internet Research, Virtual Assistance, Email Marketing, Recruitment, Data Entry, Blogging, Affiliate Marketing, E-commerce, and Search Engine Optimization among others.  What Are The Requirements?  There are no staunch requirements for a candidate to be eligible for this program. However, here are a few mandatory things to be kept in mind:  A valid CNIC/ Domicile of the province Under 40 years of age 14 years of education or above How To Apply For These Programs?  You can apply to be inducted in one program at a time. Right now, the programs are free of cost and will be conducted online due to the pandemic. If you want to register, here is what you need to do:  Visit the website https://nftp.pitb.gov.pk/registration Click on ‘New Registration’ You will be prompted to a form. Fill the form with the correct information and click on the signup. Make sure the information you provide is right because it will be verified at a later stage Once you have signed up, you will be emailed the login credentials instantly. Check your email to access your login password. Change your password after logging in for the first time to ensure added safety Once you log in, you will be asked to attempt a 30-minute MCQs based online test with 30 questions. You will have 48 hours after signup to complete this test. Make sure your internet connection is stable because you can be blocked out if you do not do the test in one go After submitting the test, you will be emailed the confirmation of test submission and your application submission  After the personal information has been submitted alongside the test, your details will be sent for verification. The committee will then go through the applications to sort out the ones being selected for the first cohort. Register as soon as possible before the slots run out.
