Overview

BMW has finally launched its most awaited three-row crossover X7. The car has been launched in Pakistan by Dewan Motors, on the grand display at their showroom on July 22-23, 2019. The all new X7 (xDrive40i) is the biggest crossover SUV in BMW’s lineup. It has included a lot of features that will make this car a practical SUV. BMW has equipped it with the state of the art comfort throughout its three rows of seating, it looks extremely charming and elegant from all the dimensions.

As far as the price is concerned, it is currently available in black sapphire metallic color and priced at EUR 305,000, which is around 54.62 million Pakistani rupees.

A pair of turbocharged engines, a 335-hp 3.0 liter straight six and a twin-turbo 456-hp 4.4-liter V-8 are both teamed with an eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive. The engine can produce an output power of 340 hp and a maximum torque of 450 Nm. The car can reach from 0-100 km/h in just 6 seconds and has a top speed of 245 km/h as claimed by the German auto manufacturer. The total capacity of the fuel tank is about 83 liters and consumes around 9.5 liters per 100 km. A special off-road package is available and adds an electronically controlled limited-slip rear differential, off-road driving modes, and a front skid plate to protect the bottom of the engine.

On the inside a large 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen dominates the dashboard. Apple Car-Play, a 10-speaker audio system, integrated navigation, onboard Wi-Fi, and a wireless smartphone-charging pad are all standard. Plenty of luxury features can be found inside as well, including heated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, a power-adjustable steering wheel, and 12-color interior ambient lighting. Automated emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, and blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert are provided on all X7 models.
