The super gorgeous and talented actress Syra Yousaf has always stood out from the rest in Pakistan Showbiz Industry not only in terms of the nature of her work but also with the way she is leading a successful yet humble life.

She is one of the three sisters serving in the industries i.e. Alishba Yousaf, Palwasha Yousaf, and Syra Yousaf.

In an interview, Syra Yousaf opened up regarding her offer to work for a Hollywood film and she explained the reason of why she rejected it. She said that apart from all the Bollywood films she has been offered in the past years, the producers of Shah Rukh Khan’s "Dil Se" had approached her for a role in Hollywood as well. "I have been offered a lot of movies from India. But I never opted for them. Either the story wouldn't click or the script wouldn't be strong enough to pull me in,” she explained. Syra went on to say that she was asked to take on a role for "Rock On 2" but since the timings were around the life turning point of her life when she was marrying her now-ex-husband Shehroz Sabzwari, so it couldn’t work out. "I want to focus more on Pakistani films but I don't mind exploring my boundaries. I have been offered a film from Hollywood as well which was supposed to be directed by one of the producers of Dil Se.” She added, “I didn't take that up because although they wanted a Pakistani character in the movie, they wanted her to be a really bold Pakistani girl”. The next year, she began playing the role of Aleena in Darmiyan. She acted in a drama serial titled Pasheman as Zartaasha with her husband on Express Entertainment. She was supposed to have made her film debut with the 2015 film Love You Babylicious, and was later booked to appear in Jawad Bashir's next film, Teri Meri Love Story, opposite Salman Shahid, Mohib Mirza and Mohsin Abbas Haider. She made her film debut in a project by the Hot Water Bottles production house, titled Chalay Thay Sath. Her next film Project Ghazi was released in 2019.

Syra rejected an offer from Hollywood – Why?
