LANDI KOTAL: An explosion went off in vaccination center inside Tehsil Jamrud’s civil hospital at Khyber Agency, leaving a female volunteer of anti-polio vaccination team injured on Tuesday, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.
The blast took place in immunization center inside Tehsil Jamrud’s civil hospital where a team of polio workers, including women volunteers, was busy in administering polio drops, officials said.
A lady health worker was injured in the blast, they said. She was admitted to the same hospital.
The nature of the blast could not be ascertained yet.
