Yamaha YBR 125 2021 Launched

Yamaha YBR 125 2021 launched

Yamaha needs no introduction when it comes to quality motorbikes. However, the recent progress of the company’s price policy is raising a lot of questions in the consumers’ minds. Yamaha has just launched the new Yamaha YBR 125 2021 in Pakistan. As the company calls it, “a new showstopper in town”, the Yamaha fans are still struggling to figure out what’s new in the bike except for the sticker.

What’s New In YBR 125 2021?

Well, it looks like Yamaha’s reported new developments were only regarding the sticker design. It may come as a surprise to you that the company has made no significant change to the previously launched model of Yamaha YBR 125. So, if we try to answer the question “What’s new in the 2021 model?”, the answer is a new sticker design. The company has played a trick with the public by offering the same bike behind a different sticker.

Price Jump

Recently, Yamaha has increased the price of its bikes in Pakistan. While this stands true, the newly launched Yamaha YBR 125 2021 has angered the fans with an unjustified price increase. If you are expecting a typical price increment of PKR 1000 – PKR 2000, the reality may shock you. The new price of Yamaha YBR 125 is increased by a massive PKR 7000.

This means that the same bike you previously got for PKR 181,000 has now unjustifiably jumped to PKR 188,000.

Do not fall for the “Dollar Price” excuse!

For those who like to stay ahead of all the latest updates, you may already know that Dollar prices are observing a decrease in recent history. This means that the days of Dollar prices going high are gone for now. However, the automakers in Pakistan are on the lose for taking pricing matters into their own hands.

The government of Pakistan seriously needs to review this matter and hear out the complaints of the local public against unjust price hikes of automakers in the country. While this may be valid, if there is a legit explanation for increasing the prices in such a short time with massive amounts, automakers need to come forward with transparency to win the consumers’ trust back.
