Generally, the range of an electric scooter varies from what the company claims. By performing a real-life road test, you can analyze the actual range of your e-scooter. The following video covers a range test of Hero Vida V1 Pro after charging both batteries to the maximum limit. Here’s how the expert conducted the test.

Hero Vida V1 Pro price in IndiaThe expert started with Eco mode and maintained a top speed of 40 km/h. The first 50 km of the ride consumed 38% of battery power, with 62% left. At nearly 53% battery, the scooter covered 60Km range.

At 50% charge, the expert used cruise control. Cruise control helped to achieve nearly 40 km/h top speed to get the best possible range from V1 Pro. After covering 85 km, the battery was at 36%.
At 30% charge, the e-scooter covered 94 km. The scooter’s battery dropped to 24% after covering 100km. This means that Hero Vida V1 Pro would cover 100 km of range from a single charge with 24% of the battery on reserve.

At 24%, the computer showed a range of 25 km left with 24% battery. At 110 km, one battery showed 13% charge, and another battery showed 12% with 14 km DTE (Distance To Empty). Once the battery is below 20%, V1 Pro switches to a conservative state where the user can only choose between Eco and Ride modes. There is a low battery warning at 10% with both batteries.
