The Legacy of Patriotic Songs in Pakistan

Music, especially patriotic tunes, can express a nation’s feelings. Historic songs from the 60s lifted the army’s spirit during the war with India. Later, songs inspired Pakistan’s Hockey, Cricket, and Squash sports triumphs.
