ISLAMABAD: The Secretary Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Ishtiaq Ahmad has said that barring women from casting their votes is an offense.

According to the sources women barred from voting in parts of Nowshera, Mianwali, Lucky Marwat.Secretary Election Commission said that action will be taken if the Commission finds any such evidence.
