BAKU, AZERTAC: The six-day 7th Multinational Maritime Exercise “AMAN-21” has kicked off in Karachi in which Azerbaijan’s Naval Forces Officers are participating as Observers, Azerbaijan State News Agency AZERTAC reported.

“Azerbaijan’s Naval Forces Officers are participating as Observers in the “AMAN-21” Multinational Naval Forces Exercises held in Karachi city of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Arabian Sea,” Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC.

   

“The exercises held with the participation of the Naval Forces of more than 30 Countries will last until February 16,” the ministry said.

The 7th Edition of the Multinational Maritime Exercise “AMAN-2021” commenced in Karachi on February 11 with the slogan of ‘Together for Peace” having two phases, a Harbor Phase and a Sea Phase.

The AMAN-21 Exercise is being participated by 45 Countries along with their surface and air assets, special operation forces, marine teams, senior officers, and observers.
