China Suspects A Global Outbreak Of The Virus, AGAIN! China has identified a new strain of viral flu that can turn into a pandemic. The scientists have confirmed that this virus has emerged just recently, is being carried out by pigs, but can infect humans and pass on from there, resulting in another great pandemic. Global Outbreak Potential The scientists who found the virus have shown concerns that this virus can mutate further. It can spread from person to person by touch or sneezing. Though it is not being termed as an immediate problem because of the transmission still in the nascent (lab-only) stages, it has “all the hallmarks” of infecting humans, if not monitored closely. The scientists have also shown concerns that the spread can be disastrous, as the humans haven’t developed the immunity to it yet. Moreover, the journal – Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences – which published this breaking news has said that the immediate measures should be taken to monitor the swine industry, its workers, and control the virus in case it starts to spread. Can In Turn Into A Pandemic Quick? The big question here is that does the world now can afford another virus since we are already battling with the Corona Virus? The answer is what we all are afraid of. This emerging virus is titled A/H1N1pdm09 and is characterized by a bad new strain of influenza. The flu is the topmost threat (again!) that one has to watch out for. The last pandemic caused by swine flu in 2009 caused less damage than expected because of the immunity people had to it. Hence, to counter the new strain, the annual flu vaccine is recommended to be made widespread. The new strain is also similar to that of the 2009’s Swine Flu but with a little change. What To Expect For The Future? The Chinese scientists say that it does not pose a big threat, at least not now. However, it can grow and multiple through human airways. The infection has been found in the abattoirs in the Chinese swine industry, but swift action was taken to make sure it does not get out. The current vaccinations available do not have the tendency to protect against it. They can only help in strengthening immunity against the flu. Prof Kin-Chow Chang, who works at Nottingham University in the UK, told that: "Right now, we are distracted with coronavirus and rightly so. But we must not lose sight of potentially dangerous new viruses." "We should not ignore it."

Sana Javed Teases BTS From Her Upcoming Drama Sana Javed has risen to new fame with her acting talent. In the recent, back to back dramas, she has only performed a distinction-worthy performance and deserves not only praises but awards and accolades. This is why, drama lovers and critics have been keeping an eye on what she is up to next, so they can add that to her upcoming list. Yasir Hussain Talks About A Ban On TikTok In an interesting turn of events, Yasir Hussain has shared something positive for the very first time. We all know how the debate on TikTok, YouTube VS TikTok, and #BanTikTok has been going viral over social media. In lieu of that, every public figure is sharing their opinion on the matter, and Yasir has something to say about it too. In Iffat Omar’s show, Say It All With Iffat Omer, Yasir shares his views on TikTok: About The Benefit of Social Media When asked about whether social media is a good thing or not, he says that it depends on how we use it. As with everything else, it depends on the usage completely. He continues on to say: “Our public has a chance of freedom to expression after so many years. Why won’t they use the platform to express themselves loudly? “I do not mind at all when people say something bad about me.” About The Ban on TikTok When asked about the recent outrage on social media from celebrities asking for a ban on TikTok, he said: “Not at all. It should not be banned. Our youth has nothing for them, and our country has the maximum number of youths as citizens. The racers do not have racetracks. Those who want to be in sports, do not have stadiums to practice.” He goes on to further his point of view by saying that: “Our youth has nothing else to do. They are taking drugs, indulging in indecent acts, and are going to different wrong directions… With TikTok, they are trying to do creative work at least.” Yasir says that he has watched some amazing videos on the platform, and it is extremely entertaining. Furthermore, Pakistani celebrities are also on the platform including Nigah Ji, who uploads his dance performances on the platform. A Chance For Youth Yasir Hussain concludes the topic of TikTok by saying that it is a chance for young generation. There is so much talent out there willing to be tapped, and they all will never be approached by film or TV industry. They are earning out of it, are doing creative work, and are happy with their lives. What else do they want? The robbers who tried to mug a FoodPanda delivery guy consoled him within the seconds of the attempt. So, what happened exactly? Robbers Stealing From The FoodPanda Delivery Guy A CCTV video footage has been making rounds on social media recently, and for all the right reasons. What happened was that a FoodPanda delivery guy was on his way to deliver an order when two robbers on a bike tried to mug him. They took his valuables and the order he was supposed to deliver. However, as unfortunate as it is, the delivery guy started to cry. We know what the reason could be. The situation around the country has left everyone fending for themselves. The situation of most of the families is that they are only surviving from hand to mouth. Hence, when being deprived of the only valuables he had, the delivery boy could not control himself. Saheefa Jabbar Khattak Finally Speaks About Her Drug Problem The model and actor Saheefa Jabbar Khattak have finally taken out time to address the issues concerning her drug problems that have surfaced over social media. In a recent turn of events, the news of Saheefa taking drugs surfaced on the internet, and since then it has been blown out of proportion. The ace model has finally decided to come forward and describe the situation as is. She lashed out at media houses and critics on taking her words and using them in the wrong way. She angrily shared that her words have been taken out of the snippets of conversations and used in a clever work. Clarification of Her Drug Problem Saheefa is one of those models who has always been open and straight-forward in what she believes. Her opinions have been second to no one. She took to her Instagram this week to lodge into a lengthy explanation about her ‘drug problem’ and how it has become an elephant in the room for her. While talking about why she started drugs, she said: “I was on drugs due to depression and pain which I couldn’t tolerate at that moment.” How She Started Taking Drugs? Defending herself of the outrage that she has received after confessing to drug issues at the earlier stage in her life, she continues: “Anyone of my (that) age would be inclined to, and I am not ashamed of myself because I have a story to tell. I came out of it stronger – it’s not like none of you were ever indulged into this.” Explaining the reason that caused her to go down this path, she said: “I took a semester off from university so I could get a grip over my life. I was under the process of self-healing and in that process, I worked as a model. In my initial two months, I was on the cover of a magazine and also in the fashion week, so I didn’t feel the need of going back to university and at that moment, when my career had just started I had to put my studies on hold…” What Does She Think About Herself? Saheefa is a strong woman who does not allow the opinion and comment of others to have an effect on her. This is why, she doesn’t feel shameful of what she had to go through, and buckle up others who have gone through the same: “I am proud of each and every one of you who came out of it stronger and a better version of yourselves. And those who couldn’t, you will eventually, Insha’Allah. Stay strong and keep trying. Your battle is a little harder than us all but you’ll survive, don’t worry. Prayers your way.” Responding To Her Critics While signing off her Instagram session, Saheefa Jabbar Khattak left a final message for all those who took her earlier interviews and twisted them to defame her: “I wanted to say this for a while – please don’t watch snippets of old clips and try to make news out of them. Try and get to know the real deal. “I am way past that time when I want to answer each one of you. Just know that you guys are pathetic people for spreading untrue content just for the sake of likes and reach.” We send more power and love Saheefa’s way. She definitely is a woman of steel.
