Al-Shabaab attacked a police station in Gamba and took away its three arrested members while killing 19 persons.

Gamba: Al-Shabaab Islamist militant group attacked a police station in Gamba in the coastal district of Lamu Kenya and took away its three arrested members while killing 19 persons.

   

Al-Shabaab attacked a police station in Gamba and took away its three arrested members while killing 19 persons.

According to local Police, militants came in a truck to local police station where three suspects were locked. The militants killed policemen and five arrested persons before escaping with three of militants who were under police lockers.

An Al-Shabaab representative told international news agency by telephone from undisclosed destination that the group too revenge from people who are living in areas that belonged to Muslims and land was taken away from Muslim families in past.
