Monitoring Desk: Moscow has invited China, India, Iran, and Pakistan in a meeting of the Russian special envoy for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov with Taliban leadership. The meeting will be held in Moscow on October 20.
Russia still keeps the Taliban on the Terrorist organization list and shares concerns with Central Asian countries that Afghanistan can become dangerous for neighboring countries under Taliban rule like their previous rule of 1996-2001.
