vs Sri Lanka 2nd Test day three
COLOMBO: Sri Lanka will continue their first innings at 304 runs for 9 on third day of the second Test match against Pakistan at the P Sara Oval in Colombo on Saturday.
Earlier on Friday morning, Sri Lanka resumed their first innings at 70 runs for one wicket on the second day of the second Test match against Pakistan. Later when the day’s play ended, they had scored 304 runs for the loss of nine wickets with Rangana Herath and Dushmantha Chameera still at the crease.
JK Silva and the Captain AD Mathews remained highest scorers for Sri Lanka with 80 and 77 runs respectively while from Pakistan, Yasir Shah grabbed five wickets.
Pakistan in their first innings had scored 138 runs.
The five-day Test match is being telecast live by PTV Sports Live from 09:30 am as per Pakistan Standard Time (PST).
