ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) has announced that it would also participate in the sit-in outside Parliament with an objective to strengthen the Election Commission of Pakistan, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on Sunday.

While talking to media persons, Chairman PTI Imran Khan said that whosoever stages sit-in for the strengthening of the Election Commission, we would also participate.

“We do not know if we will participate under the leadership of the PML-N, but we are part of this protest,” Khan told reporters.

Earlier in the day, Jamaat-e-Islami also unveiled its willingness to participate in the Muslim League N-League sit-in in Islamabad.
