ABU DHABI: Pakistan beat Australia in the second match of two-test series by 356 runs in Abu Dhabi on Monday, claiming third position on the ICC Test ranking.

In their second innings, the Australian team required 603 runs to level the series on the fifth and final day; however, they were bowled out for 246 and led Pakistan to have the biggest win over any team by a runs margin.

With this win, Pakistan also completed their whitewash against Australia in Test after 32 years.

The man of the match award went to Misbahul Haq while the man of the series award was won by Younis Khan.
