PESHAWAR, Pakistan: An improvised explosive device (IED) went off in Mamond tehsil of the Bajaur tribal region on Saturday, leaving a security man dead while another injured.
The sources said that the IED was planted along the roadside in the Kamar Sar area of Mamond tehsil.
The injured security man was shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment while the security personnel cordoned off the area.
