ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The 12th round of talks between the government and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) committees was held in Islamabad on Monday.
The government team included the finance minister Ishaq Dar and the minister for science and technology Zahid Hamid whereas the PTI dialogue committee members included Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Jahangir Tareen.
Later talking to media, the PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that there is progress on several issues.
However, he said, that there is still gap on two-three issues and they are trying to meet it. He said that they are making effort to address these issues in different ways.
Qureshi said that the dialogue was continuing and the government team had to leave the venue to meet leadership of other parliamentary parties at the Parliament House on the side-lines of the joint session.
