Ch. Nisar firms for peace talks with TTP to avert more disasters in country

Islamabad: Interior Minister of Pakistan Chaudhry Nisar is persistent and firm believer for resumption of peace talks with Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and cited Karachi Airport attack as proposition that country must go for peace talks with TTP to avert such horrific incidents in future.

According to sources, Chaudhry Nisar expressed his opinion during his meeting with Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif on Monday in Islamabad. Nisar is of the view that government was doing the maximum to fight against terrorism and it has no capabilities of doing more and terrorism issue should be resolved with dialogue and peace talks with TTP because country can not afford more destruction.

Interior minister will hold meetings with the officials of Rangers, Pakistan army, police and the civil aviation to know exactly what happened and how security was breached at Fokar Gate and Isfahani Gate. Sources claim that Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif directed Ch. Nisar to prepare a report to submit to floor of the House in National Assembly to take the legislators into confidence about to capabilities of intelligence forces, security forces and Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) for an impartial review about the standing of State of Pakistan against terrorists elements.
