Pakistan, Thailand vow to further enhance military cooperation

RAWALPINDI: The Thailand’s Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) General Tanasak Patimapragom called on Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Rashad Mahmood at Joint Staff headquarters in Rawalpindi.

A press release issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) states that during the meeting, the two sides discussed matters related to mutual cooperation between the two Armed Forces and vowed to further enhance the existing level and scope of cooperation.

The visiting dignitary while endorsing the security perspective of Pakistan appreciated the sacrifices rendered by the Armed Forces of Pakistan in fighting the menace of terrorism.

Earlier on his arrival at Joint Staff Headquarters, General Tanasak Patimapragom was presented a guard of honour by a smartly turned out contingent of tri-services.
