Nawaz urges all institutions to work together to resolve issues

LONDON: In a bid to resolve all issues facing the country, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that the government, the armed forces, political parties and the media will have to play their role.

Taking to media persons in London, the prime minister said that neither a single political party nor an individual can resolve the issues and we all will have to work together for the prosperity of the country.

The prime minister said that the government is addressing the issue of law and order and terrorism on priority basis. He said that the government is working with strong commitment to end power outages.

Moreover, he said that said China is investing about $33 billion in next eight to ten years in Pakistan.

Referring to economic corridor, the prime minister said that it envisaged completion of Karachi Lahore Motorway, Lahore Orange line, Thar coal projects, Gadani, Port Qasim, Gwadar, and upgradation of railways in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Sharif further said that the government is also working on Islamabad-Muzaffarabad railways via Murree.
