Three soldiers killed, 18 hurt in SWA blast

WANA: A suicide blast took place near the Ziari Noor Camp on the Angoor Adda Road in South Waziristan Agency killing three soldiers and injuring 18 others, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported on 05 December, 2012.

According to sources, that two suicide bombers detonated their explosive-laden vehicle after they were stopped for checking by the soldiers at the checkpoint, some 100 metres away from Ziari Noor Camp on Angoor Adda Road.

Three soldiers were killed and 18 others sustained injuries in the blast, the sources said, adding that 14 soldiers were injured when some of the residential quarters collapsed due to the intensity of the blast.
