DERA BUGTI: Unknown miscreants blew up a 16-inch diameter gas pipeline in the Dera Bugti area of Balochistan on Friday, the levies sources said.
The levies sources said that the incident occurred in Dera Bugti’s Pirkoh area where unknown miscreants blew up a gas pipeline supplying gas to the Pirkoh gas plant from well numbers 15, 21 and 27.
Following the explosion, gas supply to the Pirkoh plant was suspended.
The sources in Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) said that the repair work would start no sooner the security clearance was available.
