ISLAMABAD: As per advice of the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to facilitate ‘zaireen’ of the Holy places in Iran, the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) launched Lahore-Quetta-Mashad flight twice a week on Tuesday.
The national flag carrier will acquire revalidation of the European Union Safety Agency (EASA) certification by end March 2014 before the new aircraft on dry lease are inducted in PIA fleet, according to other decisions taken at PIA’s 354th Board of Directors meeting recently held.
