Militants attack check post in South Waziristan, one security official killed

PESHAWAR: Unknown militants opened fire on a security forces check post in Ladha area of South Waziristan tribal region, killing a security official, the military sources said on Tuesday.

“A soldier embraced shahdat (martyrdom) due to terrorist fire last night on a security forces check post in Ladha,” a senior security official said.
