SOCHI: Germany’s Eric Frenzel won gold medal in the Nordic combined individual normal hill event on Wednesday at the Sochi Winter Olympic Games.

Akito Watabe of Japan clinched the silver medal, while Norway’s Magnus Krog claimed the bronze medal.
