Judges detention case: Musharraf gets one-day exemption from appearance

ISLAMABAD: An-terrorism court (ATC) in Islamabad on Monday granted one-day exemption to former President Pervez Musharraf from appearance before it in judges detention case.

Justice Atiq-ur-Rehman of the ATC resumed the hearing of the case, during which defence counsel representing the former president submitted a petition to exempt his client from hearings as he is still ill and cannot walk.

The judge accepted the petition and adjourned the hearing of the case till February 24.
