ISLAMABAD: Salman Butt has been appointed as the Attorney General of Pakistan (AGP) on Thursday, days after Munir A Malik tendered his resignation from the said post due to personal reasons.
Earlier, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif picked Salman Butt as Pakistan’s attorney general and the advice in this regard was signed by President Mamnoon Hussain.
