KARACHI: Syed Sardar Ahmed was appointed on Friday as Leader of the Opposition in Sindh Assembly, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) had nominated Syed Sardar Ahmed for the top opposition slot in the house and filed an application to Secretary Sindh Assembly in this regard.
Sardar Ahmed had been serving as parliamentary leader of the MQM in the provincial assembly.
